As a Roommate Finders client, we want you to know you have the right to expect the following standards from us:

  3. Our service will rarely, if ever, be the cheapest on the market. We will always exceed the industry standards in promotion so that you can get the widest selection of roommates to choose from. A major benefit for you.

  4. If we don't do what we say we will, or for any reason you're disappointed you can always get a "no-questions asked" and immediate 50% refund within 30 days.

  5. You will always be able to seek our help from 12 noon-6 p.m. Monday through Friday by telephone or in person till 7: 30 p.m.. The phone bank shuts at 6 p.m..

  6. We will acknowledge any communication you have with us before the end of the next working day or sooner. Almost 100% of the time within the same phone call.

  7. We will be honest, truthful and "up-front" with you at all times.

  8. The "dream team" committed to you is Michelle Doll, Brandi Alexander and Michael Santomauro. One of us is always answering the telephone. We all have the authority to make decisions for you immediately on the spot. You will never get bounced around from one person to the next. (Don't you hate that when you call a company and have to repeat yourself with every new person.)
