I, the undersigned, engage ROOMMATE FINDERS (RMF) for the following
purposes only:
To provide me with introductions to persons who desire to share
living facilities and expenses with another person, and to provide
such service for a period of one year from date for a fee of $300.00
payable in advance.
I understand that of the fee of $300.00 RMF retains 50% to cover
the costs of processing my application, and holds the balance of
$150.00 in escrow for 30 days from date of receipt. I may e-mail
to RMF during that period and, on certifying in writing that I have
inspected the apartments supplied by RMF and have found none acceptable
to me, the escrowed balance will be refunded in full, by mail. If
I do not claim a refund within the 30 day period, my escrowed amount
automatically becomes property of RMF. I agree that RMF may reveal
to persons it considers prospective roommates all information, not
limited to, but including written, oral, and photographic material
that either I or RMF has provided. The privilege and the responsibility
of final selection, acceptance or rejection of a roommate is to
be mine.
I agree that this document embodies and is intended to embody the entire
agreement between the undersigned and RMF. |
